Busted II uses eight police radio live streams from the internet from eight different cities in the United States. These streams are uploaded in realtime by private people listening to CB-Funk. A custom made computer program receives these streams and distributes them over eight speakers attached to the metal walls inside an old black police prisoner van. While driving through the city the system searches for open wireless networks. Once such a network is detected, the van is parked at that location an the installation starts playing and opens its doors to the public.
